About Headbands of Hope: We are an e-commerce brand that sells headbands and other hair products and accessories. Headbands of Hope is on a mission to empower women + young girls to feel confident in their own skin while making an impact on children in their community. For every item you buy, they will donate a headband to a child with an illness.
Overall goal for the position:Sales Manager who will be responsible for managing and growing wholesale accounts. The ideal candidate has experience in the retail or wholesale sales process and excels in relationship building and closing deals. We’re seeking someone who has the ability to think outside of the box and work closely with our internal team to achieve the mission of our organization.
Job position: Full Time
Meet planned quarterly sales goals across 1,000+ accounts
Attend in-market trade shows for new customer growth
Work closely with Marketing team to create monthly newsletters, product launches, promos, etc for wholesale customers
Manage linesheets, wholesale customer service, tradeshow design and third party platforms/marketplaces
Gather feedback from current customers on products, trends, etc.
Create curated collections per customer demographic
1-2+ years of related experience
The position is virtual but must be able to 2 full work days from our offices/month
Flexible schedule to accommodate in-market travel
Excellent communication skills and network ability
Knowledge of various paid marketing channels and technologies
