About Headbands of Hope: We are an e-commerce brand that sells headbands and other hair products and accessories. Headbands of Hope is on a mission to empower women + young girls to feel confident in their own skin while making an impact on children in their community. For every item you buy, they will donate a headband to a child with an illness.

Overall goal for the position:Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for managing an ongoing execution list, meet deadlines and assist in various team projects. 

Job position: 15-20 hours per week

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

• Uploading new products in e-commerce platforms 
• Bookkeeping 
• Donation assistance 
• Website edits 
• Assist in customer service where needed

Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years of related experience
• The position is virtual
• Excellent communication skills 
• Bonus - familiarity with the following programs:
• Google Drive
• Quickbooks
• Shopify
