Charlie and her dolly were recipients of our Yellow Floral Knotted in 2021! She took this adorable photo that became one of our most loved pictures of the year! The Headbands of Hope team was excited to hear Charlie had beat her fight with Medulloblastoma and rang the bell August 31, 2001.
Unfortunately, we received information that Charlie relapsed. The Headbands of Hope team wanted to do something to encourage Charlie during her fight with cancer. We renamed our Yellow Floral Knotted to the Cheering for Charlie Knotted.
Charlie had a successful surgery and completed radiation treatment but is still going to undergo more chemotherapy and the future is still very unknown.
